Using Bizfluence Networking App
Using Bizfluence Networking App
Using Bizfluence in my day to day activities is something that has occurred regularly since I’ve discovered the small business networking application.
Bizfluence reminds me a lot of the in person experience of actual networking events. The people on the site are welcoming, warm and engaging in conversations.
Your Reputation Score
Using Bizfluence is intuitive and a pleasure due to the quality UI that the team has built into it. One of the most unique elements of the platform is how it ranks users activity.
Each action on the platform, from a post to a comment are weighted with points. Posts are worth 5 points and comments are worth 3.
These points are calculated as “Your Reputation” score on a users profile for everyone to view. The points also calculate towards a score for the most points for the week, month and overall that are on the scoreboard.
Networks & Interests
This is where Bizfluence is different than other platforms as well. The way the main channel of information or feed is filled by posts is determined by which networks and interests have been selected. There is also a feed from members that have been followed.
It’s a thrill to be a part of a platform that is really focused on building business and helping each other. The trust level of engagement between the users is impressive. The platform such currently has less than 10,000 active users and is in beta phase, however, it is far more valuable relationship building possibilities than other platforms in my opinion.
If you run a small business or enter in a roll of leader ship I highly encourage you to join Bizfluence. There is a sign-up link below that you can click to start today:
Bizfluence was created by Joel Wohl and Jacob Davis. Their vision is to create a censorship free place for small business owners to meet up, have conversation and actually help each other get business done. I fully encourage and support this vision and I believe it is a needed addition to the social media space.
